Expert Challenge, the premier technology gameshow in Vietnam, is back for its third season. This season promises exciting changes to the competition format, focusing on four key skill areas: PC building, system assembly, system optimization, and video editing. Participants will be challenged to demonstrate their expertise and compete for top honors.

PC Building Challenge

In this segment, contestants are given a budget and a specific user scenario. They then have one hour to design the best possible PC build within the provided constraints at a designated retailer. Expert judges will evaluate the builds based on their effectiveness and suitability for the given scenario, awarding points for the most optimized and relevant configurations.

System Assembly Challenge

Speed and precision are key in this challenge. Contestants randomly select identical sets of PC components and are tasked with assembling a fully functional computer within a 90-minute timeframe. The fastest participant to successfully build and boot their system earns the highest score.

System Optimization Challenge

This segment tests the contestants’ ability to fine-tune a computer system for optimal performance. They will face four optimization tasks within a one-hour limit. Points will be awarded based on the effectiveness of their optimization strategies and the resulting performance improvements.

Video Editing Challenge

The final challenge requires contestants to showcase their creative and technical skills in video editing. Using provided footage of their school, along with any supplemental footage they choose to shoot themselves (which must include the contestant), they have two hours to create a compelling three-minute video. This allows participants to demonstrate their storytelling abilities and technical proficiency in video production.

Expert Challenge Season 3: Broadcast and Engagement

Expert Challenge Season 3 will be filmed and produced as a multi-episode series, following a gameshow format. Episodes will be broadcast on YouTube and various social media platforms, providing viewers with an engaging and informative look into the world of technology and esports. Each episode will also feature minigames and opportunities for viewers to win prizes from the show’s sponsors.
