Acer Day is back! The annual celebration returns in 2021, connecting people across 10 countries in a virtual celebration themed “Live Your World.” Despite the challenges of the global pandemic, Acer encourages everyone to bravely pursue their passions and live life to the fullest, regardless of circumstances.

First launched in 2017, Acer Day is an annual event dedicated to customer appreciation. This year, due to ongoing health concerns, Acer has transitioned Acer Day 2021 to a virtual platform. Embracing the “Live Your World” theme, Acer collaborated with six talented young singers to produce an exclusive song for the event. Representing Vietnam is rapper VP Bá Vương, joining forces with Aina Abdul from Malaysia, Earth Patravee from Thailand, Gabriel Prince from Indonesia, GBOYSWAG from Taiwan, and Sarah Geronimo from the Philippines.

“While many of us are encouraged to stay home and limit social interaction, Acer wants everyone to know they are not alone,” stated Andrew Hou, President of Acer Pan Asia Pacific. “This year’s Acer Day theme, ‘Live Your World,’ stems from the belief that we can all make the most of any situation and continue to live our lives, regardless of our location or circumstances. Technology has broken down barriers and allowed people to connect in powerful new ways. We believe music is the perfect medium to transcend barriers, which is why we invited these artists to create the special ‘Live Your World’ song.”

Connecting Through a Virtual Celebration

To connect people during these challenging times, Acer hosted a series of events and activities, culminating in a livestream broadcast on August 7th, 2021 at 7 PM. The livestream was available on the Acer Vietnam Facebook page.

Special Promotions for Gaming Enthusiasts

In conjunction with Acer Day 2021, Acer Vietnam offered a special promotion for customers purchasing Acer gaming laptops. From the start of the event through October 31st, customers received an additional year of standard warranty. Details of the promotion were available on the Acer Vietnam Back to School website.
