ADATA Showcases Innovative Sustainable Solutions at CES 2024

ADATA Technology, a leading global brand in memory modules and flash storage, showcased its latest innovations at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in Las Vegas. Under the theme “Innovate for the Future,” ADATA, along with its sub-brands XPG, ADATA Industrial, and ATrack Technology, presented a range of cutting-edge products and solutions spanning sustainable storage, smart living, and high-performance gaming.

Sustainable Storage Solutions Take Center Stage

ADATA highlighted its commitment to sustainability with a dedicated exhibition area featuring eco-friendly storage products made from recycled materials. The company showcased its Gen 5 SSD cooling solutions, demonstrating its leadership in thermal management technology. The Project NeonStorm Gen5 SSD combines a dual-layer aluminum alloy heatsink and liquid cooling system with dual fans, reducing SSD temperatures by over 10% compared to fanless Gen5 SSDs. This allows for stable and sustained read/write speeds of up to 14,000/12,000MB/s. The LEGEND 970 Gen5 SSD also offers enhanced thermal performance through its unique structured aluminum fin heatsinks, crystal surface, and integrated fan. Furthermore, the SE920 USB4 external SSD utilizes a retractable enclosure, micro-fan, and patented heat dissipation technology to achieve sustained read speeds of up to 3,800MB/s.

Smart Living Solutions for the Future

Addressing the rapid growth of AI and smart living, ADATA presented a range of innovative consumer and professional products. The company, recognized with a Best Choice 2023 award for its SD 7.0 Express memory card, launched the SD 7.1 microSD Express and SD 8.0 Express cards, capable of read/write speeds of 1,600/1,300MB/s, offering SSD-like performance for modern lifestyles.

ADATA Industrial showcased industry-leading CXL (Compute Express Link) memory modules, extending server memory capacity up to 16TB, and the first industrial R-DIMM (Registered DIMM) overclocked to 6400MB/s. The company also displayed BiCS5 3D(e)TLC storage products and high-DWPD enterprise-grade SSDs, showcasing its strong product portfolio and R&D capabilities. To address the demands of AI and high-performance computing (HPC), ADATA launched high-performance EDSFF E3.S/E1.S form factor PCIe Gen5 enterprise-grade SSDs, integrating the Montitan™ SM8366 controller and supporting TCG OPAL encryption and power loss protection.

ATrack Technology: GPS and AI Vision Solutions

ADATA subsidiary ATrack Technology showcased comprehensive solutions combining GPS positioning and AI vision, as well as asset and personal tracking product lines. The ATrack AW500 smart dashcam integrates intelligent hardware and AI-powered data processing to provide hazardous behavior alerts and driving assistance, enhancing safety and fleet performance. ATrack also presented asset tracking solutions like the compact AS300, the waterproof and long-standby AS500, and the solar-powered AS700, ideal for cold chain logistics and container tracking.

XPG: Xtreme Gaming Performance

XPG’s Xtreme Gaming exhibit showcased the brand’s commitment to gaming hardware and software innovation. Highlights included Project Zeus II, the XPG DEFENDER WS XL AI demo, and the XPG DEFENDER WS XXL in collaboration with EKWB, featuring dual XPG FUSION 1600W titanium digital power supplies. XPG also displayed a range of gaming systems, featuring products like the XPG INVADER X PRO and XPG BATTLECRUISER II with USB 4.0. A variety of ATX 3.0 compliant power supplies, including XPG’s first SFX PSU, and cooling solutions like the XPG HYBRID COOLER and XPG LEVANTE PRO were also presented.

XPG introduced the Project NeonMax DDR5 memory module with 60% light-emitting surface area. New gaming laptops, the XENIA 16X and XENIA 15G, featuring 14th Gen Intel processors and NVIDIA Ada Lovelace graphics cards, were also unveiled. The XENIA 15G will be the first laptop with a 24TB SSD and 96GB of DRAM. XPG also showcased the PRECOG STUDIO headset and the XPG MOJO wireless accessory ecosystem.
