
ADATA Unveils Next-Gen PC Hardware and Gaming Gear at Extreme Innovation Online Event

Next-Generation DDR5 Memory Modules
A key highlight of the Extreme Innovation event was the unveiling of ADATA’s next-generation DDR5 memory modules. Boasting frequencies of up to 8400 MT/s, these modules deliver a staggering 163% performance boost compared to DDR4. This significant upgrade promises faster loading times for files and applications, enabling seamless multitasking and enhanced creative productivity. Furthermore, the modules operate at a low 1.1V for improved power efficiency and offer capacities up to 64GB.
Blazing-Fast Storage Solutions
ADATA also introduced its new LEGEND PCIe Gen4 SSDs, capable of achieving blistering read speeds of up to 7400 MB/s, making them ideal for demanding tasks like video editing and 3D rendering. In addition, the company revealed its latest external USB4 SSD, the SE920. Leveraging the latest USB4 interface, the SE920 offers speeds four times faster than its USB 3.2 predecessors, reaching approximately 4000MB/s. For optimal thermal management, the SE920 incorporates ADATA’s proprietary heat conduction technology.
Advanced Memory Cards
In the professional memory card segment, ADATA launched the Premier Extreme SDXC SD7.0 Express PCIe Gen3x1 UHS-I U3 Class 10 memory card. This card’s standout feature is its PCIe support, enabled by the latest SD7.0 specification. The SDXC Express card delivers significantly enhanced performance compared to its predecessors, with read and write speeds of up to 800/700 MB/s, respectively. Backward compatibility with UHS-I ensures broader usability.
XPG Gaming Laptops: XENIA 14 and XENIA 15
ADATA’s gaming brand, XPG, also showcased new gaming products, including the XPG XENIA 14 ultrabook. This stylish gaming laptop features 11th generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processors, Intel Iris XE integrated graphics, 16GB of XPG DDR4 RAM, and a lightning-fast 512GB XPG Gen 4 SSD.

The XENIA 14 boasts a sleek and portable design, measuring just 15mm thin and weighing a mere 970g, thanks to its premium magnesium alloy chassis. Its 14-inch display offers an impressive 92% screen-to-body ratio. With up to 10 hours of battery life, the XENIA 14 is perfect for all-day productivity and gaming. Connectivity options include two USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI port, an SD card reader, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Thunderbolt 4 support.
XPG also unveiled the larger XENIA 15, equipped with 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake H processors, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 or RTX 3070 GPUs, 32GB of XPG DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB XPG Gen 4 SSD. Like the XENIA 14, the XENIA 15 features a premium magnesium alloy chassis, weighing under 2kg. It also boasts a mechanical keyboard with per-key RGB lighting, a spacious 15.6-inch 165Hz QHD display, and Thunderbolt 4 support.
XPG PRECOG AERO Wireless Headset
ADATA also introduced the XPG PRECOG AERO wireless gaming headset. Designed for comfortable, cable-free gaming, the PRECOG AERO offers low-latency 2.4GHz wireless connectivity. Its dedicated Type-C connection works seamlessly with mobile phones, portable consoles, and PCs, providing up to 24 hours of continuous wireless use. A wired USB connection is also available. The headset showcases XPG’s signature exoskeleton industrial design, featuring a lightweight build and patented slanted ear cushions. It includes a cardioid microphone with a swivel-to-mute function, replaceable ear caps, and customizable RGB lighting via XPG PRIME software.

XPG Gen4 SSDs and DDR5 Memory
XPG is expanding its lineup of Gen4 SSDs, including the award-winning GAMMIX S70, capable of speeds up to 7400MB/s, as well as the GAMMIX S70 Blade and S50 Lite. Like ADATA, XPG will also launch new DDR5 memory modules later this year, offering speeds up to 12600 MT/s for smoother gaming and enhanced productivity.
XPG CYBERCORE Platinum Power Supply
Other new XPG components include the 80 PLUS Platinum certified CYBERCORE Platinum power supply unit (PSU). This PSU delivers stable, continuous power up to 1300 watts and features efficient cooling with an integrated XPG Vento Pro 120mm fan, utilizing Nidec’s ultra-quiet double ball bearing design. 850-watt and 1000-watt models will also be available.
XPG PRIME Software Ecosystem
Finally, ADATA introduced XPG PRIME, its new product ecosystem management software. XPG PRIME allows users to manage all their XPG product settings within a single application. From synchronizing RGB lighting effects to customizing individual LEDs on each XPG product, XPG PRIME offers a comprehensive and user-friendly control center.
