Expert Challenge Season 4: One-Handed PC Build Challenge Tests Teams’ Skills

The Expert Challenge Season 4 has entered its professional phase, presenting teams with weekly challenges throughout December, culminating in a grand finale. The first challenge, a one-handed PC building competition, tested the teams’ dexterity, coordination, and teamwork.

The seven competing teams were divided into two groups based on their arrival time at the studio, with the last four teams competing first. Before the challenge began, teams had the opportunity to wager on their performance. Expert Dang Thai Son presented a mini-challenge, offering bonus points to teams who correctly predicted their first-place finish and successfully completed the task. Incorrect predictions resulted in a point deduction. Despite the potential reward, only BPStore and UEF were bold enough to place a wager.

While PC building is a familiar task for these professional-level competitors, the one-handed restriction added a significant layer of complexity. Combined with the pressure of watching other teams’ progress, this led to one member of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education team experiencing a minor mishap during the challenge.

Despite the challenges, MemoryZone showcased impressive skill and experience, completing the build in just over five minutes, surprising their competitors. BPStore followed closely behind, finishing a mere two seconds later. Interestingly, neither MemoryZone nor BPStore had wagered on their performance, missing out on the bonus points.
