MSI, a leading PC gaming hardware brand, has partnered with Opera GX, the browser for gamers, to create a unique browsing experience. This collaboration, announced at CES 2024, introduces the GX MSI Edition, a special version of the Opera GX browser designed for fans of both brands.

This special edition browser leverages Opera GX’s revolutionary features, including CPU, RAM, and Network limiters, hundreds of customization options through GX Mods, and seamless integration with platforms like Discord and Twitch.

The GX MSI Edition also features an animated version of MSI’s mascot, Lucky the Dragon, in his lair. This interactive game, built using Opera GX’s Live Wallpapers feature, allows users to nurture Lucky from an egg to a fully grown dragon. Utilizing Game Strips, another Opera GX feature that enables gameplay within Live Wallpapers or independently, users help Lucky “level up” and unlock new stages of the Live Wallpaper. Upon completion, users can choose from a variety of MSI-branded wallpapers or keep the mascot within their browser.
