MSI Vietnam Announces New Laptop Service Centers and Customer Appreciation Program
MSI Vietnam has long been a recognized name in high-quality laptops designed for gaming, graphics, and content creation, featuring powerful hardware and innovative features. Beyond continuous product development and improvement, MSI Vietnam also prioritizes after-sales service to enhance the customer experience.
Recently, MSI announced a partnership with FPT Service to launch new service centers for genuine MSI laptops in Vietnam. This marks a significant step forward in enhancing service quality for current and future MSI laptop users.
Starting August 1, 2019, customers can bring their MSI laptops for warranty service and repairs to one of the following four locations:
- Hanoi: FPT – No. 27 Yen Lang, Thinh Quang Ward, Dong Da District (Hotline: 024.7300.0911)
- Ho Chi Minh City: FPT – No. 194/3 Nguyen Trong Tuyen, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District (Hotline: 028.7300.0911)
- Da Nang: FPT – No. 71-73 Ham Nghi, Vinh Trung Ward, Thanh Khe District (Hotline: 0236.356.2666)
- Can Tho: FPT – No. 131D Tran Hung Dao, An Phu Ward, Ninh Kieu District (Hotline: 0292.3781.978)
These centers operate from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, the centers are open only in the morning. Cases currently being handled at the former Digicare service center will be automatically transferred to the new FPT Service centers without any action required from customers.
Customer Appreciation Program
In conjunction with the launch of the new service centers, MSI and FPT Service are collaborating on a customer appreciation program for all genuine MSI laptop owners. From August 22 to September 5, 2019, customers can bring their MSI laptops to the service centers for free cleaning and maintenance.
Furthermore, customers can take advantage of discounted upgrades for SSDs, HDDs, and RAM, and participate in a customer satisfaction survey for a chance to win exciting gifts from MSI.

Each week, MSI will select three lucky winners from customers who check in at a service center, take a photo, and share their experience on Facebook. These lucky individuals will receive valuable prizes.
