Microsoft is commemorating the 20th anniversary of the iconic Halo franchise with a limited-edition Xbox Series X console and a range of themed accessories. Drawing inspiration from the Halo universe, the designs feature dark metallic panels accented with “iridium” gold.

The limited-edition Xbox Series X console boasts a striking design reminiscent of the Zeta Halo surface, replacing the traditional Xbox green with Cortana-themed blue accents above the cooling vents. It even features a custom Halo-inspired startup sound.

Enhanced Controller for the Ultimate Halo Experience

The accompanying controller mirrors the console’s aesthetic with a matching front design and a “20-Year Anniversary” gold logo on the back. Microsoft also claims an improved grip for enhanced gameplay, regardless of playstyle.

Elite Wireless Controller Gets a Master Chief Makeover

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 also receives a limited-edition Halo Infinite makeover. Inspired by Master Chief’s armor, the controller features a metallic green finish with “iridium” gold D-pad and accents. This premium controller also includes a set of customizable thumbsticks, a unique dog-tag style carrying case, and a custom charging dock with cable. As a special bonus, owners will receive an exclusive in-game weapon charm for Halo Infinite.

Razer and Seagate Join the Celebration

Beyond the console and controllers, Microsoft is also partnering with Razer and Seagate for limited-edition peripherals. The Razer Kaira Pro headset receives a Halo Infinite themed design, while Seagate offers a special edition Game Drive for expanded storage.

Availability and Pricing

Both the Xbox Series X Halo Infinite Limited Edition and the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Limited Edition are available for pre-order. The console is priced at $549.99 USD, while the controller is $199.99 USD, with both shipping on November 15th. The Razer Kaira Pro headset and Seagate Game Drive will be available through partner retailers soon.
